PCLC staff will be working with City staff to resolve the remaining problems with the ITeam software. PCLC has stated that this product works perfectly in Auburndale, Bartow and Haines City Libraries. ITeam will configure their product in the same way they have it configured in the other libraries and maybe at that point the remainder of the problems will be cleared up. Stay tuned!

We have had several inquiries and complaints lately about the unsecured wi-fi access we offer. We are adding the following disclaimer to all of our wi-fi signs to help ensure that patrons understand that since our network is not secured the information on their computers is open for access.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE CONNECTING TO AN UNSECURED NETWORK. THE WIRELESS NETWORK IS CONFIGURED FOR OPEN ACCESS. INFORMATION SENT OVER THIS NETWORK MAY BE VISIBLE TO OTHERS.
Charging for proctoring services begins on July 1st. Appointments must be made through the Reference Department.
