In the near future you will have the ability to view the calendar for the multi-purpose meeting room and for the Historical Conference Room. You will be able to see when programs are booked and what Rental Customers will be utilizing the rooms. Brenda has some final tweaking to do to make this work for all staff members. In the meantime, ask your supervisor and she can show you the calendar and print it out as well. Pat

Phone Lines
You have probably noticed all the phones now have access to 6 lines instead of the original 4. This will come in handy when someone calls for another staff member on line 5 or 6. All you will simply do is put them on hold, find the staff member and let them know what line the person is on hold.

Library Sign
We plan on adding 1 more sign to the library grounds. The sign will be constructed on the southwest corner of the parking lot by the staff parking. The sign will be free-standing on the ground and will coordinate with the architecture and colors of the library. The sign will be ordered and installed in October or November.

I-Team software
PCLC staff will be working with City staff to resolve the remaining problems with the ITeam software. PCLC has stated that this product works perfectly in Auburndale, Bartow and Haines City Libraries. ITeam will configure their product in the same way they have it configured in the other libraries and maybe at that point the remainder of the problems will be cleared up. Stay tuned!
